PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

With the Production license of Special Equipment and ASME S certification, Sanfeng Covanta Manufacturing Plant mainly produces anti-corrosion and abrasion protection heating surface. The service life of the boiler heating surface can be extended for more than 10 years, to reduce down time and improve operation efficiency. Manufacturing plant consists of two automatic production lines of membrane wall, eight vertical production lines of automatic alloy cladding and three horizontal production lines, with an annual output of 12,000 ㎡of alloy cladding surface.Adopting intelligent welding technology, the automatic production line manufactures cladding layer with even thickness and uniform shape, and the Fe content rate is below 5%, which reaches globally-advanced level.
