In order to reduce the corrosion on water wall and super heater of medium temperature and sub-high pressure heat recover steam generator(HRSG), Sanfeng Covanta built Inconel manufacturing center in 2018. Inconel means adopting a one-shot automatic surfacing technology to surface nickel-based alloy material on metal surface. Characterized by small welding deformation, uniform thickness of surfacing layer, beautiful appearance, and low dilution rate of Fe on the surfacing layer not above 5%, it reaches the advanced level internationally.
