In order to solve the corrosion problem of water wall and superheater of medium temperature sub-high pressure HRSG, the company built Inconel intelligent manufacturing center in 2018, using an automatic surfacing welding technology in metal surface welding nickel base alloy material. The welding material deformation is small, the thickness of the surfacing layer is uniform, and the forming is beautiful. The dilution rate of Fe on the surfacing surface is less than 5%, which reached the international advanced level.
