SITY2000 waste incineration technology

Based on over twenty years of accumulated experience in the design, construction, and operation of Waste to Energy (WTE), we have developed an internationally leading WTE technology, with the German Martin SITY2000 waste incineration technology at the core. The WTE technology owned by Sanfeng Covanta includes technical expertise encompassing the overall design and layout planning of WTE plants, the design and manufacturing of core equipment such as incinerators, as well as the preliminary and detailed design of the entire system of WTE plants, construction, commissioning, and operation throughout the entire construction process.

The WTE technology includes waste receiving, storage and transportation systems, waste incineration systems, flue gas purification systems, heat recovery systems, sewage treatment systems, fly ash and slag treatment systems, electrical systems, instrumentation and automated control systems, among other technologies. Each incineration line has a processing capacity ranging from 50 to 1,200 TPD, with flue gas emissions meeting the European Union's current environmental protection standards.
