Flue gas treatment technology

The advanced and mature flue gas purification technology of Martin (Germany) is introduced, and the process of "SNCR/PNCR + rotary spray semi-dry/dry deacidification + activated carbon injection + bag dust removal" is adopted. It has been successfully applied to dozens of projects, and the flue gas emission meets GB18485-2014 and EU 2010 standards.

French LAB ultra-clean flue gas treatment technology is digested and absorbed. The process of "SNCR + electrostatic precipitation + SCR + waste heat recovery + cooling tower +dry deacidification + bag dust removal + wet deacidification" is adopted, the flue gas emission meets one-tenth of EU 2010 standard, and there is no wastewater discharge inside the system; advanced energy-saving and consumption reduction technologies such as fly ash curing and flue gas treatment system energy recovery are applied to this system, making the auxiliary power rate and material consumption of the Project excellent in similar waste incineration power plants.
