Sludge drying and incineration technology

The Company provides sludge drying and incineration treatment solutions based on the concept of "low cost and high efficiency" to realize sludge reduction and harmless treatment. The technologies owned include sludge modification technology, sludge incineration technology and sludge incineration tail gas treatment technology. Modular design is adopted for each technology and the appropriate process in each module is selected for combination according to project requirements, which breaks the limitations of sludge disposal methods and provides flexible solutions for sludge treatment and disposal. At the same time, attention is paid to process optimization, and investment and operation costs are significantly reduced with concise processes and independently developed equipment.

Sludge modification technology: The sludge is pretreated to meet the requirements of back-end sludge treatment process on sludge characteristics.

Sludge incineration technology: independent or co-incineration can be selected according to local conditions. Among them, the independent incineration process adopts the "small drying and large incineration" process and uses a self-developed fluidized bed incinerator for efficient incineration. For fields with MSW incineration and cement production, sludge modification technology is combined to realize co-processing of sludge in waste incinerators and cement kilns.

Tail gas treatment technology: According to the characteristics of flue gas from sludge incineration, a reasonable, economical and concise treatment process is selected, and the flue gas emission meets the Standard for Pollution Control on the Municipal Solid Waste Incineration (GB18485-2014).
